Concession Scheme for Senior Citizen and Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) includes Monthly Concession Pass priced at $60 which allows for unlimited travel on Singapore's primary bus services and rail services within pass validity period.
Community Development Councils
Local Assitance Schemes and Programmes: The CDCs administer a variety of local assistance schemes to help vulnerable families and elderly that complement the Government's effort to strengthen our social safety net. Each CDC works with corporate and community partners under the "Many Helping Hands" approached to plan and implement local assistance schemes that benefit the community.

The Agency for Integrated Care (AIC) is set up by the Ministry of Health (MOH) to oversee, coordinate and facilitate all efforts in care integration.
National Council of Social Service
Developmental Disability Registry (DDR) Identity Card (ID)
The DDR ID card offers a benefits scheme that provides cardholders discounted rates for services and access to various facilities. The card can be generated through NCSS’s Developmental Disability Registry and is administered by SG Enable. Cardholders can also enjoy discounted rates for services and access to facilities offered by participating companies. DNR Wheels Pte Ltd provides for a 10% discount for purchase of assistive equipments such as a wheelchair.
Stroke Support Station
S3 FairPrice Foundation Mobility Assistance Subsidy
To help defray transport cost for our new stroke survivors who face financial constraints during their period of recovery, S3 would reimburse 50% of their transport costs – two-way transport between home and S3. Terms and conditions to the subsidy will be explained to members after attending their first session at S3.
