S3 Wellness Programmes


S3 embraces mindfulness practice into its culture. Staff learn to be more patient and leave judgement aside. They are able to relate compassionately to life and learn to direct their attention towards the present moment and focus on the members, caregivers and volunteers they are helping.

S3's Mindful Awareness Practice session will enable its beneficiaries to cope with stressful daily living activities and improve their mental well being.
