Senior Executive, Operations

Roles & Responsibilities
To ensure stable operations in S3 centres, providing efficient and effective running of the centre operations. The incumbent will also provide leadership to the operations team ensuring that all client service associates are able to perform their role well.
Front Desk:
- Ensure client service associates execute their role well in accordance to S3 core values
- Ensure client service associates portray themselves in a warm and friendly manner to clients, caregivers, and visitors to S3 centres
- Covering the duty of the team as required to ensure smooth daily operations
Facilities:
- Ensure proper upkeep of the centre and resolve any faulty office equipment matters
- Manage all matters pertaining to maintenance of the centre (eg. Aircon, pest control, outsourced cleaner duties, copier maintenance)
- Cover the duties of an environment control coordinator (ECC) as required
- Ensure office related consumables are regularly stocked (eg. pantry items, stationery, tissues)
Procurement & Office Admin:
- Ensure procurement process of office/facilities related purchases is done in an organised and timely manner
- Manage and oversee admin work processes such as issuance of staff uniform, access cards and related items
Others:
- Any other duties as assigned by Reporting Officer
