Roles & Responsibilities

To provide quality frontline services to clients and their caregivers. Core duties include patient registration, scheduling of services and transport, medical records management, and collection of payments. Sees to front-line patient relations and takes on responsibilities to assist in care delivery.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage registration of clients’ visits, scheduling of services, transport scheduling and arrangements, collection of payments and preparation of receipts
  • Handling phone calls and enquiries to provide information
  • Ensure clients’ information is kept confidential
  • Registration of clients’ attendance
  • Scheduling of service and transport arrangements
  • Maintain proper filing for clients’ records, including proper disposal of confidential documents
  • Ensure reception area is always clean and safe
  • Other admin and ad-hoc duties
  • Any other duties as assigned by Reporting Officer


Job Requirements:

  • GCE ‘O’ or ‘N’ levels
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
  • Able to converse in English and other languages
  • Possess excellent customer service and good interpersonal skill
  • Patience and gentle disposition with empathy and strong listening and communication skills
  • Attentive to details and meticulous in following up on customers’ requests
  • Computer literate with Microsoft Office skills
  • Exhibits positive mindset and maturity to cope with changes in a dynamic environment
