Finance & Admin Executive

Roles & Responsibilities
The incumbent will play a key role in supporting the Finance and Administration team, reporting to the Head, Finance and Administration.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Cash collections and maintenance of accounts receivable records
- Preparation of payments including maintenance of petty cash
- Coding of accounting entries
- Preparation of bank reconciliations statements
- Preparation of funding and donation submissions to authorities
- Maintenance of fixed assets register
- Processing of donations and maintenance of donation records
- Liaising with service providers, suppliers on procurement matters
- Preparation of financial schedules and reports
- Filing of documents and general administrative duties
- Any other duties as assigned by superior
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalent
- Applicants with Bachelor degree in accountancy without work experiences may send in your applications
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field with at least 2 years in the social services or healthcare sector is a plus.
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications in Excel and Words
- Meticulous and able to multi-task
- Independent, proactive and good team player
- Exhibits positive mindset and maturity to cope with changes in a dynamic environment
- Candidate must be willing to commute between our two centres, Enabling Village and Jurong Point Shopping Centre (MRT accessible)
